A Year of Nothingness
A calendar made from the blank pages
of Emma Darwin’s diaries.
Throughout the decades, Emma Darwin’s diaries show many empty pages, far different from the overloaded famous diaries of her husband, Charles.
By selecting the blank pages from all of her diaries and arranging them in chronological order, a calendar is created.
The calendar displays a year in which nothing was written.
